My regime:

Co Wash with Indian Herbs (Thanks LongHairDontCare) X2 week
Wash with KeraCare once a week
Deep condition with KeraCare, 11 en 1 or Silicon Mix X1 week
Cantu Shea butter after every wash
PhytoRelaxer Index 2 every 10 weeks (tried 12 weeks this past time but my hair was coming OUT!)
