I relax bone straight. If I didn't, my hair would be a knotty mess in 6 weeks and I go 14-16 weeks.

I also tried the texlax thing, but it didn't work for me. My hair would just be too tangled. So now I relax as close to bone straight as I can get my hair.

Still haven't figured out if you wanna keep texlaxing or go bone straight, huh?:ohwell:

Me either girl:nono:

:ohwell::ohwell::ohwell:

Im in the same boat....Im just so afraid of ending up with limp see thru hair if I go bone straight. Texlaxing gives me a lot of thickness that I dont think I would have otherwise. My hair doesnt even look right flat ironed (not full enough to me)...which is what it would likely look like relaxed bone straight. But on the downside it frizzes like no tomorrow in this FL humidity. If I can find a product or technique to deal with that, Ill be in business.

I'm texlaxed and experiencing a lot of tangles.I have 3 inches of hair near the end of my hair but not quite that are WaaaaY underprocessed. I spoke to my stylist about this and she said with my next relaxer she would correct this. I hope it works.

I'm just gonna go ahead and do it:ohwell:. My next relaxer at the end of this month I am gonna do a corrective. I don't want my hair to be bone straight just straight enough to where I can get a sleek and smooth rollersets like macherieamour:grin: I know I am gonna lose my thinkness but I hear a lot of ladies say that they get thickness from henna so hopefully that will help me out some when i try it in 2 weeks. :ohwell:

I was playing with one of my shed hairs today at the doctors office and my hair passed the stretch test :yay: and this was one of the straight hairs too.

I think I am just going to relax straight. Henna will help with your thickness too. My hair looked a lot thicker after a fresh henna.

I have texlax since coming to LHCF a year ago, but I think I am going to go back to bone straight since I do a henna gloss on a regular basis.
