Thanks to God for balancing out talents / skills among people so if we come together we are able to put our lives in order, far from despair/failure, as we cannot do when on our own.

Of course it's up to people to use them in that way but the guidance + gifts are already present. Thanks to God for giving me insights through experiences I can't easily forget

Praise God for removing our hearts of stone and giving us hearts of flesh, so that we can love the unlovable.

Praise God for inviting me to make my home in Him and for Him making His home in me.

Praise God who only does wondrous things.

Good one to wake up to. God does good through people too but only if we allow it. If we block off with different mechanisms because of free will God leaves us to it. But in that vein I'd say praise God for coordinating events to bring us back to God (and by 'back' I mean the inner sense that we were all born with) no matter where we are in life.

Praise God for instructing us to pray for others (even the ones we don't like) out of obedience to and love for Him.

God so rightly deserves our praise and worship.
