I used the Ion Absolute Perfection steps 1 and 2.

...which, by the way, was a complete miss. Rumor was it was a dupe for the Olaplex treatment and could possibly restore kink to heat damaged hair. This was the second time I’ve tried it (on two different heads of hair) and it didn’t seem to make any amount of difference.

I think I’m going to eliminate some categories from my staple list. I’ve been using a grease type product on my ends to try to seal moisture better there. I’ve noticed no difference so I’m not going to repurchase once it’s gone. I’ll just put more butter on the ends. Also I’ve decided I don’t need to keep three moisture dc’s in rotation so when I get down to two I’ll only replace those. That should help...

I had $5 in rewards from Sally and went in to buy conditioner for my mother. If I bought two they took off an additional $5...so I bought two Shea Moisture Manuka Honey masques. I’m giving one to my mother and a bottle of DE Almond shampoo from my stash.

I finished up my Amika DC, loved it and will miss it. I got the Mielle Organics Hawaiian Ginger Moisturizing Overnight Conditioner, I thought it was a deep conditioner but its a prepoo so I don't have a DC at the moment.

I found an old bottle of Hairveda Herbal Oil so I finished that up. My hair has been a hot mess so I brought two new products to help get out of my runt. I got The Doux Mousse Def and OGX Renewing Weightless Healing Dry Oil.

Oh wow! She sent you 15! That was kind of her. I sold 2 or 3 bottles to a member back in the day....one was the white lily. It was good but I really didn't see a need for it in my regimen. How do you use it?

She was EXTRA kind. What she did gave me an early example of how the ladies here are. I use it with oil after spritzing my hair with water for my prepoo detangling. I’ve found nothing else that detangles better. I gave DS a bottle to quick condition his hair. He’ll never dc so this is perfect for him.

I'm giving away a liter sized bottle of conditioner to my coworker. It's a Redken Diamond Oil Gel conditioner. It makes my hair super hard and tangly. My coworker has wavy hair so I think it will work better for her.
