2019 Use Up The Stash Challenge

I finished up 1 of my Camille Rose Naturals White Orchird Cleansing Milks, Camille Rose Naturals Lavendar Whipped Cream Leave In, and Uncle Funky's Daughter Midnite Train Leave In Spray. The Sally's Near me was closing and I had products for $5 each so I have 9 nine additions. Removing the Gots 2 B Spray and Save Rosemary & Mint Shampoo because I only use those for straight weaves. My hair is out this week but friday I'm going back to the shop for a second install with the new hair stylist

Today, I used up my KJ Natural's Neopolitan DC, Butter Beauty Sweet Milk Leave In, and Hydrathermal Naturals Growth & Mielle Organics Mint Oils.

I finished up the Shea Moisture Styling Primer spray. It was okay as a leave-in for air drying but I think it's best use is probably as a heat protectant. Not a repurchase.

I may finish 1 more product tonight. But even without it, I had a pretty epic month for haircare empties.

I'm working through my Kerastase conditioner and saving my TGIN.

I plan on putting my hair back up into feed in braids mid November which will slow down my product usage.

Definitely down to 1 use left of the Aunt Jackies gel. I threw out the Honeysuckle conditioner. It was doing nothing for my hair. I think I have another bottle. When I find it I will toss it. I'm rolling through oil as well. I think I have some partially used bottles. I will combine them so I can continue oil rinsing.

Went to the beauty supply store to do some wig shopping. I bought ZERO products. There is hope for me yet. And I'm not buying anything for black friday.

October was pretty good for me. I did bring in 9 products because I ran out of shampoo but I was also able to move out 19 products (mostly samples).

I can tell that my stash is going down but still slow. I plan on sitting out all of the holiday sales so hopefully I get a decent amount moved out before we go into 2020.

I’m going to throw out my Sebastian cellophanes - I never use them. And I think I’m going to toss my Aubrey Organics conditioners. They are taking up space and I never use them.
I’m reclaiming the space under my sink.

I think I have my staple shampoos (3) and conditioners (3). I may still play around with stylers. I want the Deva B’leave-in.

I've been product styling since August and hope to do a full year of it so it's going to take me a while to get there.

I gave away Sebastian Colourshines in Brilliant Brown, used up Shea Moisture Manuka Honey Mask, and Karen’s Body Beautiful Hair Blossom Moisture Mist. I went to the store for more Moisture Mist and my local store stopped selling it! I was so disappointed because I prefer to buy OTG. I looked over some mist by other brands and just didn’t like the ingredients nearly as much. So I “had to” place an order with KBB. Since they have a B2G1 and to justify shipping I went ahead and ordered three Moisture Mists and three Sweet Ambrosia leave ins. Oh well. I also want to try old school Cholesterol DC again but I have to go through all these other DCs I already have, especially since I want to have just two DCs in rotation. How long is THAT going to take??? Also since I didn’t do an update at the end of the quarter I’ll do a six month update at the beginning of the year.
