Steeped my cassia (senna leaf powder) overnight and then strained it this morning. Put some in a both to use as a spritz this week and then used the rest with rhassoul for a clay mix today.

That's a veto on the cassia tea. It smells horrible and it wont keep so I'll only use this rinse on wash days.

Sprayed a small amount over my plaits and then sealed with jojoba oil

I purchased the Uncle Lee's Bamboo Tea for Tea Rinsing which is much cheaper than Beautifully Bamboo.

If I would have purchased Beautifully Bamboo, I would have drank it.

I hope to get some of the great properties that Bamboo Tea has by rinsing with it.

There are a lot of Bamboo Hair products on the market now, so rinsing with Bamboo Tea is right on time for Strength, Shine, Resiliency etc.....:love3:

So far, it's been leaving my hair feeling great.

Haven't used anything in my hair beside AVG and oils since my all in one hair mask .

Seems like I'm experimenting a kind of water only washing regimen or should I say AVG washing.

I washed my medium twists yesterday night with AVG. 2 days ago I dry finger detangled the twists using a little oil infused with ayurvedic before twisting them back loosely.

Will keep on using AVG depending mainly on the state of my scalp (if it starts to itch). It could be once a week (what I do for now) to every 10 days or even bi-weekly (in the meantime might water wash or lightly oil rinse depending of hair state).

Trying to get full sebum hair coating like in WOW method.

I just put some coffee oil on my scalp, spritzed my hair with my silk lavender avj and sealed with vatika coconut oil on the length (with some castor oil on the ends).

Clay washed my hair yesterday with a mix of rhassoul and calcium bentonite and SAA, steeped marshmallow root and hibiscus and water.

I also used the brew to mix up my henna that I applied after. Left that on for 4hrs. Currently DCing overnight with AOWC and coconut oil .

Mixed up some henna last night with coconut milk. The brand I used (afshan) was bleh; gritty and hard to apply (which is unheard of with coconut milk). Left it in overnight and through my workout this morning and cowashed it out instead of shampooing like I usually do.

Plan to henna again in a bit. My mix will include 30g hibiscus and dashes of cinnamon, paprika and cayenne pepper. Not yet sure if I'm going to clay wash or just water rinse first.

did a clay treatment today, but did it a little differently. Made 2 different mixtures for my scalp and my hair (mostly cause I wanted to use the last of my bentonite clay). Clay mix 1 had bentonite, charcoal, green tea, acv, neem/peppermint/tea tree oils. Clay mix 2 had rhassoul and cassia tea. My scalp fel very nice after this, so will be trying this mix again.

Also did a green tea rinse with the extras.

Decided I'd clay wash my hair with a watery mix of rhassoul and calcium bentonite, silk amino acids, steeped marshmallow root and hibiscus tea and water to fill bottle.

Currently sitting with my henna mix.
