.now tell us your regimen&&what protective styles are you doing?

My regimen is very simple. I wash my hair once a week with tresseme shampoo , deep condition for an hour or 2 with crece pelo , condition and detangle with tressemme anti splits conditioner , i then apply my olive oil leave in and let my hair airdry. The no heat has really helped my hair thicken up. I use heat maybe once a month , I also keep my hair moisturized with olive oil root stimulator and coconut oil for my ends. I keep my hair in buns 99.9% and I relax every 8 weeks . Thats all I do

Trust me you can do it! You saw how jacked up my hair was. I really never thought my hair could ever look this good. I am actually getting weave checked left and right. Even with my hair in a bun people dare to ask if I have a weave. One of my male co-workers has the nerve to say he doesnt believe thats my real hair we been working together for 2 years basically when i started my hair journey ,he jokes around alot about my hair being a weave but I know he;s joking me and him are cool lol .
