^Im assuming they will be inm good company with the fornicators and the baby mamas and dads.
I guess I'm in the right thread. I would like to ask a moderator or the owners, why among the rules of this forum there is:
"43. Same-sex relationships are prohibited from being discussed on this forum."
I'm confused: why is it prohibited? Why are man-woman relationships ok to be discussed? I ask this because my opinion may strongly differ from the one of the owners of this forum and therefore I may not continue my subscription. I strongly disagree with homophobia: as long as this is not the case, I will continue my subscription, otherwise not.
Thank you.
@BeyonceCarter you're absolutely right, but honestly did you or anyone of us really expect this thread to go smoothly? This is a Christian site where they're taught to love one another except homosexuals, and people who do it in the butt.
*Hides under table*
I believe marriage should be between a man and a woman. It's nothing complicated really.
Do I believe they should have rights? Of course
Do I care what they do in privacy? Nope
If they have civil unions, I don't care either.
Marriage is a holy sacrament and that is (or should be reserved) for union between a man and woman.
My friends know how I feel about that. I don't force my views on them and they don't force it on me either. Friends have disagreements all the time, doesn't make me love them less.
Some might consider me an anarchist but unless it's relevant to or affecting me personally I don't gaf what other people in their personal lives. Don't care. Everyone should be able to have equal opportunity to have a choice---regardless if I or anyone personally else agrees or disagrees. Hell, it ain't my life.....
People should not be bullied or shamed into agreeing with gay marriage. It's a matter of personal opinion.

Wow. I'm speechless right now.
I know some dudes with hoods who feel the same way about rights for Blacks, and other minorities. Thankfully we live in the United States, where Everyone...regardless of race, creed, or sexual orientation, is supposed to have equal Rights and Protections granted by the US Constitution. The Constitution trumps personal opinion.

I'm sorry to see you go over one aspect/rule on this forum but the rules were put in place for a reason. Look how heated this thread got. Most every thread dealing with gays, out of wedlock women, religion, sex and abortion get out of hand here. Heck these folks find a way to fight about hair products and make up so without certain rules and regulation this joint would be the wild wild west like loads of other forums are and have been. You've been here a number of years but maybe you are not active and lurk so you were not aware of said rule. Again sorry to see you go. The hair section has loads of real information. That section alone is worth way more than a lousy $6.50.firecracker I guess it's time for me to go then. I asked first because it's my way of doing things: I very rarely criticize, but I respectfully ask. I simply like to know in detail what I am doing/supporting/leaving, as a consumer, citizen, friend or person.
Being gay and being black are not the same thing.

Yes they are....they're both humans, deserving of equal rights and protections. See how easy that is?
I guess because of this?
Rule # 08. The owner of this forum is a believer of Christianity, and therefore this site does have elements that support the Christian faith.
@Morton ok if black and gay is the same why do I have a brother in Christ that is no longer gay and is married with a son? I know several gay people that have stopped living that lifestyle. You cannot decide not to be black like you can decide to stop being gay/living that lifestyle.
I'm not against gays getting married, civil unions or homophobic but I'm sorry that is like comparing apples to oranges. You gon die black but you don't have to die gay if you don't want to. Folks make different lifestyle choices everyday and some feel they were born gay. I don't argue with an already determined mine.
