deep conditioning,

and just overall GREAT HAIRCARE!!!

Here is my quick update. Im 4 months post and about 3 to 4 inches from WL. Will post pics later. Hoping to be hit WL by the end of the year god willing!

My Update:

I have only used heat ONCE this year and am very proud of myself. My hair has been in buns only and now, kinky twists, so this year, I have been PS'ing 100% of the time. Mhy last touch up was on March 28th and am trying to stretch until December which would put me at like 41 weeks post. I am in the HHY challenge..so I will show only pieces of my hair (I hope this is not a complete violation):

I am ALMOST APL!!! I just can't wait until December and boot camp is officially over. I am going to treat myself to a blow dryer and flat iron. I cannot wait to see where 2009 Boot Camp will have taken me this year.
