lotsa protein (turkey, whey protein shakes, eggs, beans nuts), chlorella, spirulina, quality multivitamin. Check out the chlorella thread and the 'drink your way to waistlength' thread. HTH!

Flaxseed and primerose oil are truly the best things (so far) that I have used. They have made my hair so shiny and thick and I have retained length since taking them. Main reason is that both oils are rich sources of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, good fats that are important for healthy skin and hair. I have heard many ladies on here have benefited from chlorophyll & spirulina which I plan to incorporate into my diet soon as well.

The best foods for growth IMO are veggies (especially greens), fruits, water, and protein.

Basically a balanced diet. I wish I could take my own advice but I cant leave the sugar alone.

This may sound weird, but my mothers friend has WL hair and she says...

skinless hot wings

You have to watch your caloric intake but they are spicy (stimulate circulation and blood flow) and VERY high in protein (great for hair growth)

Always buy skinless to reduce the calories.

A supplement that combines fish, flax, and borage oil
A eat a lot of boiled eggs, meats, cheese, and beans
I also try to incorporate a serving of veggies everyday

Eggs are no.1 for me.

Then oily fish, fibrous veggies and other sources of protein (excluding red meat and pork since I do not eat these).

A good multi, Fresh - Raw Fruits and Vegetables. Chlorella/Spirulina, and plenty of protein drinks! WATER, WATER, and more WATER!
