You have beautiful hair. I love banana clips; I have a few of them in my stash. For anyone who wants to know, I found my banana clips at Walmart.

Which Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine product did you use with the coconut oil?

Thanks!

Very pretty! Now I'm getting my butt out of this thread because I know dern well a banana clip can't hold this thickness. :nono:

Well I'm definitely buying a banana clip

How did you get those curly ends for the picture in your siggy? They're AMAZING!

I was inspired by this post yesterday: http://www.longhaircareforum.com/showthread.php?t=382014

After I read the thread and watched the video, I jumped up and ran to 3 different stores looking for a banana clip. I figured this would be a great way to change up things since I want to BC so bad and my ponytail wash n' go just doesn't excite me anymore. It also disguises my last little bit of relaxed ends and my hair actually looks longer than it is.

I wanted to do it just like the youtuber but the hair wouldn't fit (and I didn't want to have to buy another one......only to probably break it too). So I figured I would try it wet.

The first 3 pics are from this morning right before I walked out the door. The last was taken when I got home this evening. I like the way it dried and fluffed out a bit.

I used Garnier Sleek and Shine and I also used Coconut Oil for the style and I just pulled it back.

I am going to try sleeping on it and then waking up in the morning, spritzing the curls, fluff out and then go. I am hoping this works since it doesn't seem to work when I wear all of it out.

Thanks hon!
The curls in my siggy are after a blow dry and flat iron. I got my entire head spiral curled with the flat iron after flat ironing, then once I got home, I scooped it all up in a high ponytail on the top of my head and used one jumbo flexirod. I do this nightly (and don't have to use the flat iron again for curls) and it lasts a good 2 weeks. I use the biggest flexi rod I can find (I think it's about the diameter of a quarter). This keeps my daily curls bouncy and full of body.

HTH!
