Does this man have Henna in his hair or just mud?

Yesterday I was at Goodwill with my mom, and we saw this man with this stuff in his hair... Upon closer inspection it looked like dried on mud! It was caked on and smeared on his forehead... I'm thinking it was mud. But whilst in the car we've determined it was a Henna treatment.

For the sake of common decency on this thread. I have removed the link to the video.

The conclusion has been made that he was getting his Henna on.

Thank you and good night!

first i would kill you if you made a youtube video about me!!!! but to answer your question. Its possible maybe he's a member here lol....just a thought.

btw your make up is awesome!

This video left me feeling some kind of way :ohwell:

General question ~ What is up with you guys putting random folx on here? Not folx already on the innanets or folx that you are friends with that wouldn't mind, but regular folx off the street. And not to showcase how wonderful they are, but how something has gone wrong with them.

Maybe i'm being to sensitive today.....

Me too. :ohwell: Not really funny. Also do you really talk to your mom like that?

You're absolutely right. It's not a nice thing to do and they wouldn't like if it was done to them. I didn't watch it btw.

Not in a serious way..... Of course not, I'd get slapped in the face.... Obviously I was joking with her. I know there is a time and a place to joke around with my parents. I'm a very respectful child... my parents and other people who know me would attest to that.

And I was never trying to aim for his face... just the back of his head. In that one shot he walked in front of a shot I was taking. Plus I was going to but the black bar over the eyes, but meh... to much work.

And I would never take pictures of children!

That being said.... was it henna?

hmmm.... didn't watch the whole thing or listen to dialogue, just ff to the pic of the muddy hair.

but come to think of it, it does seems a little funny (not haha) to post pics of someone and make jest. what if someone did that to my natural hair while i'm at Target and posted my natural puff on a forum somewhere talking about wtf! she needs a perm... if i'd ever find out, i'd be crushed a little... now i feel bad for laughing (but that music with the random pic did have me laughing tho... couldn't help it)

but jokes aside... maybe it was a color treatment. maybe he ran out for a minute and ran back in to wash it out.

anyway... pretty makeup!!

"Middle Eastern, Indian, Shabidada" :nono:

Sorry but it was "shakaduhdaduhdaduh".... then mom said "Shakaduhwakaduhwah"...... It's a race of people in Africa I just made up... my mother was very understanding... coming from a girl who made up her own language as a child. But seriously... I'll admit that was racist. But I would have talked about black people, white people, purple people who go out the house with mud or henna, or rollers in there hair the same way. :yep:

Who is just running to Goodwill? It's not like we were at the gas station or walmart. He was leisurely shopper. We even exchanged words because his son was SOOOOOOOOO cute! Omg that little boy could melt hearts!

I didn't watch the video and I don't think you should go around recording random people. Be careful, just this past Thursday some young lady got beat down on the NYC subway for this same thing.

She took out her camera and started snapping on the train, well the women across from her was pissed to say the least. It started verbally and then punches were thrown.

How old are you? Who follows an innocent person through a store to get " a shot" of them so they can post a pic and video to put them on blast? It's funny that im not surprised since it seems your mother is supporting this disrespect. This is ignorant and distatsteful. You should consider removing that video, if not for common decency or respect do it for karma.

This was so incredibly tacky that I'm having a hard time finding the words to thoroughly express my sincere disgust without being rude.

1. It's tacky to take pics of people and make fun of them (and their culture shabidada*#$&@(#*$^a? Wow. Are you serious? Wow)... then have the unmitigated gall to put it on youTube for the world to see? Just.....wow.

2. You posted it to crack on him but what you don't realize, as pretty as you are, as cute as your makeup was.... this was a bad reflection on you. To me, you negated all of the beauty, cuteness, etc. when you posted pics of someone and laughed at him. You went a step further, you put the effort into making a VIDEO about it. All you guys had to do is ask him what was in his hair and why. You just might have learned something.

3. I'm not even going to discuss the tribute to Michael Jackson at the end.

smh

I'm thinking it was mud and not poo because it didn't smell. But I'm a lil bit ashamed I followed that man around goodwill with my camera trying to document what the heck was on his head! :lachen:

So as soon as we left Goodwill my mom and I analyzed the situation on video...

Watch this and tell me if u think it was henna or mud...

there are pictures

I have to come to a conclusion about this. I know people go to the store with roller in their hair.... but henna?!?!? Honestly?

Girl what's that you eating in your sig? :lick::lick::lick:

I am very sorry young lady , but what you did is wrong , posting this person face on You tube and then bring this to this site is wrong and tasteless. I understand you was talking about henna , but I personally think you took it to far. Like another young lady stated you could have asked if it was henna. The best thing to do is remove this person video off you tube, before he finds it out , and you and your mother is in the video. Your makeup is very pretty and you too pretty to be acting like this out in public.

Your make up is beautiful
I am not a politically correct person, but I'd have to say yeah it was a little mean to make a youtube video of this poor guy. It does look like henna btw.

Yeah... I'm not one for being PC or censored. But the laws say taking pictures of people in public is not illegal unless they tell you to stop, or something like that. And have y'all ever wondered how many pictures have been taken of you without your knowing? Not even intentionally but just you're in the background... walking past.

And your baby in your siggy is SUPER Cute!!

Anyway if this thread has caused too much of a stir Mods can take it down or Lock it... or do whatever LHCF as a whole feels should be done.

TPS come on gal, you felt it was wrong in your heart which is why you had your mom stand next to him to give an excuse as to why you were filming him.

In any case I really think you should have just asked him "hey, do you have henna in your hair?". I'm sure he would have been happy to answer. I really don't know what it is so can't say.

In all honesty Henna didn't cross my mind until in the car....

Well i really don't know but if he wasn't pyscho looking you should have asked him. Maybe it was some type of treatment that is good for the hair, or frankly if he was nutso it could have been mud lol

Child... if it works I would be smearing mud on my head right now and be back to post results and pictures later... But I'd keep it in the house. :look:

But I took a note from Glamour Magazine... the original video is removed, we a more user friendly version.
