My May Update --> Not much longer Poppa Smurf!!!

So ladies Don't know if I am APL or not but I think I am doing pretty good, Not Watching it like a hawk, Too busy for that! But I just wanted to update check out my fotki http://members.fotki.com/JJamiah/about/

I haven't been on like I usually am I am taking some Home Decor classes making Decorations for my home while trying to make my yard Eye Candy. Will get back to hawking the forums soon enough. I really miss you ladies. LOL!

Thanks ladies, I am working the sweat shop over here; SuperModel I lost alot of hair with the megatek, I just stopped everything (but I down the shakes at the gym +++ Gained a few pounds from them) But I just relax and let nature take it's course. Hope I get some summer growth. I had to pin up yesterday TOOOO HOT!!!!! I need to post some pics of my pillows. LOL!

I do love Aphogee products; I have been using them for over 14 years. I have had longer hair than what I have now and my issue is boredom. I alway have 2 step in my cabinet with Shampoo for damaged hair. With a regimen that keeps up with your hair, you'll definitely find that your hair thanks you for it.
