Do you stalk the UPS/USPS website when you order something?

When ups brings a package im ok because they always come around the same time and he leaves my stuff in the same place. But usps i meet his truck sometimes around the corner before he gets to our block:look:. I knew i was getting something today so i drove a few streets over. That's not bad is it?:look: I saved him a trip:lachen:.

Oh yes I do indeed do this! I use my hotmail address to order stuff, but I can't access hotmail at work as my company doesn't allow it. So when I know I've got stuff to come I have to use my mobile/cell phone. Trouble is I can't always get a signal in my office, so I go all the way outside into the car park to try and get a signal in order that I can check my mail.

It's an ADDICTION! I thought clothes, bags and shoes shopping was bad - this is waaaaayyy worse! :lol:

I love smelling products!!!!! Whenever I get a new product, me and my daughters will spend a few minutes ripping open bottles and sniffing everything :giggle:

See naw tiffers, I think the mail man has something going on with one of the neighbors across the street.:spinning: Because sometimes he parks at the house and still is there after a long time. I know if he is really late ill look out the window and the truck is there but he isn't walking down the street:look:. Its saturday too naw son i got my stuff:lachen:.

I get impatient waiting for things to arrive in the mail. It's one reason I like to buy stuff in person instead. I prefer being able to examine it beforehand and walk-away w/ instant gratification. And I don't bother using things that can only be purchased online.
 
LOL I'm glad I know I'm not the only one. Shoot, if I pay for something I'm not content until I get it in my hands. ( Especially if it's hair stuff. I'm about to order some juices and berries now LOL!)

I keep my tabs for my tracking websites open and keep refreshing them until I see its in my city for delivery lol :look:

You can get Juices & Berries from www.curlmart.com they have very fast shipping. I always recieve my package two days after placing my order! :yay:

i sure do. i check my email, check the emails that tell me the shipping date and the dates it should arrive, and i'm peekin out the window every few seconds. i want my stuff rat nah.

I do the same thing sometimes!!!! I feel crazy as hell doing it, but I just gotta be sure! :lachen:

I found a website that will track your shipments for you (http://www.trackmyshipments.com/ and send you updates whenever the status of the package changes. It is free and works well. For example, if UPS or Fedex drops off a package when I'm not home, I usually know within an hour or less that it is there waiting for me. Basically when you get the first notice that your package has shipped you forward that e-mail to them.
 
I don't go into stalker mode until I receive confirmation that it has been shipped. And if it does not arrive the exact day that that UPS/FedEX/USPS has stated, I am calling and trying to track that sucker down immediately.
 
the worst thing they can do is give me a ups tracking number bcuz I will sit on that website waiting for it to update and I know once it gets to new stanton that I will be getting it the next day and then I will hunt down the ups person and ask for my package.... one day the ups chick thougth she was slick I asked for my package gave my name she said she didn't have anything even though I KNEW that it was on the truck for delivery.... so I peeped that packages on the dolly...asked her again if she anything for sylvia royal she's like naw...and I'm like then why is my name on that box right there?! snatched my box and walked away...cuz we would have been fighting because that was my xbox 360 lol....do not give me tracking numbers :lachen:
 
Tiffers I do all that too. The only difference is that when the mailroom sends me an email letting me know I have a package I literally hop and skip to the mailroom with a big smile on my face. I look like a kid who just got a new bike LMAO
