Oh no! I am sorry this happened to you hairlove. I am glad you caught those people in a fraud. I did notice that there are some other "suspect" pictures on their site like you said :nono:. I hope they take the pictures down.

If they continue to ignore you then click the link that says "Report an Issue" at the bottom of the page. Hopefully that'll do something.

Yes I realised that. My point was there are even worse people who steal pictures and they don't profit from it in any way other than to get false praise.

It's not the Etae chick. It's the salon that has made a profile on the Etae's chick's ning. She should have control over her ning and should be able to delete that profiler's (Charlie Trendi's Salon) pics at her discretion. You should send her a message and let her know that that profile is stealing pics.

Yes - exactly. This is the issue. I've emailed her several times and she has not returned my email after the first one when she told me that she contacted the salon owner and he said those photos were of his clients. So, been done already. You'd think that should have worked, right? :perplexed

ETA: And when I sent the follow-up emails, I knew she was online but it said so. No excuse :nono:

The way I see it is that this is her product. Using phny pics to prove a product works is outrageous.

So - all crediblity is lost - they stylist - and the Etae founder.

:nono: They would not get my money anyway.

Oh hell no!! Girl you need to go thru every channel imaginable to get those that pic off. She's dodging you because she knows she stole your pic. That's some mess. How bout contacting the BBB or consumer affairs or something? That's some mess. Hope you get it resolved. Can you sue her? ***insert devilish grin here***
