How awful! I too would be so pissed! That's why I always try and put DD's name on their pictures.

This is terrible. I know how she felt because someone did that to me before by posting my picture on their website. I can also feel her pain because I have a child and I would be pissed if my childs picture was used without my permission. She should sue the crap out of both the salon owner and the punk that created the flyers.

It's still marking/tagging in my eyes, I am just using their name, instead of mine.
I highly doubt someone would use a picture marked/tagged with their names.

It helps a lot, it helps even more if the parents put their name on the picture(especially the Last name) because that shows that they are the owner!
The child is not necessarily the owner since she/he did not take the picture, the child cannot take the salon(s) to court not because of her age(which is obvious) but because it is not her property, it is not her picture.. Someone could easily say that they didnt know who the owner was of the photos or if the photos were free to take. Basically putting you or your childs name on the photo is like a label.

That lady could easily take the salons to court, and win. If that was my kid i would honestly do so.

What?!?! You mean they violate her and then have the nerve to get all extra? That's why they'd wake up the next day only to find out that they are about to be extra broke! :wink2:

have her send BOTH companies a cease and desist letter! how ridiculous that they behave in such a manner when they are the ones in the wrong!!!!! please try to get someone in the area to get a copy of the flyer in your hands asap.
