Some ladies do have an acne issue. Try increasing your water intake.

i *was* taking nature's plus ultrahair but have stopped because i didn't see any benefit plus i don't think i need it. most of it came out in my urine

I take the Vitamin World brand..they are the timed release capsules..the salesman said those were better
