i have been going through alot of the old pages past 75. I finding so much stuff. I ususally use the search feature but I think I am going to start reading further back.
I found post from at least October on page 67 (something like that), om goodess look how much we are talking. less than a month on page 67...hahaha

I've gone as far back as page 204. I want to soak up as much knowledge as I can about how to properly take care of my hair. I spent too, too many years being dumb about this. I also do lots of searches.

I've gone all the way back to the beginning. Of course I haven't read every thread...but some of my best information has come from the oldies but goodies.

And, reading old threads is how I got caught up on all the LHCF drama of the past :look:

I've gone back past 1000....which is only the end of last year believe it or not. I figure that techniques and some types of advice can never be outdated.

When I do searches, I pretty much read everything.

I've been here for awhile. In offtopics I go back to the second page. In the hair forum I go back to page four. In entertainment I go back to the second page. In the cooking forum I stay on page one.

It depends on the topic. I've gone through the archives. I'll read as much as the board will allow. I've learned a lot that way. It also keeps me from making duplicate threads or asking the same question repeatedly. What I like most is to see people still using the same products from 2003/2004 until now and having wonderful results. (I also got to see how some members have changed over the years...

This is pretty much what I do. I used to stay posted up on the political forum a few months ago, but I've since calmed down on that one. Every now and then I'll go to a random forum I haven't been to in a while and see what's on the first page.

To all. I know what you mean.
I have found many answers to a questiong just by going back.
Another thing is that if you do your research in advance, I think you
are more prepared to handle issues that come up with your hair.

Ooooooooh ... I'm really bad about this. I typically only go back 1-4 pages in any of the forums. The problem is ... I miss a lot of good threads by doing that.
