Do the west coast ladies have regular meet ups? I think I've only heard of one and that was a year or two ago.... It would be nice to meet other ladies who share my obession with hair health. :spinning:

oh and i use Mega Tek. i think its working.. i cut my hair up to my shoulder when i started and now its about the same length it was before i cut it..

NOVEMBER WIND how is that mega tek treating you.. my new growth is super thick!!!

The MT/OCT is making my hair grow grow grow:grin:!! And I do feel thickness coming in, too. I won't be straightening my hair until near my bday so I can see how far I've come then. I'm only 5 weeks post and this new growth is taking off...it feels soft, though =) HHG

There's this many members in San Diego? Shoot, we can have our own meetup!

Nope. That was my experiment that I called myself documenting it in my photo albums in my profile. I was scared that I would damage my hair, and it wouldn't grow. It did though so I'm happy that I don't have to wear it natural anymore. I flat iron my hair on 370. I read an article on naturally curly that said that a flat iron should be on 368 if used daily to prevent heat damage. I also condition the heck out of my hair. I've started putting AO HSR on my ends when they feel dry. Here's the ISH treatment that I started using. It's on sale. Buy a bottle and try it out. I used darn near the whole bottle the first time I used it. Here it is:

Oh my girly I am from Stockton! Not to many people I talk to know about Stockton! Well now we are a little popular due to the foreclosure rates! Not something I am proud of! My mom told me a lot of people moved from the Bay to that area to buy cheap housing! Now everything is sky high! So do like it? I will be home next month, its been 5 years! I can't wait to eat at all my favorite resturants, and especially real Mexican food!
