I'm going to go strictly Ayurvedic.

I am going to try Lace fronts for a while with my hair braided underneath.....I may try the Crown and Glory technique!!!

No changes for me

Other than starting coffee or tea rinses:yep:

I already made alot of changes in 08 , they were all keepers

I'm gonna try to stick to the C&G braid regimen at least till June, if not longer. Moisture is my friend, so I plan to try to wet-bun when my hair gets long enough.

I'm going to stop letting chicks trim my hair :(

And, I'm going to try to perfect my roller wrap technique to get swinging hair even though I'm transitioning... I depend way too heavily on flat iron and unfortunately a visit to the stylist cause major heat damage :(

Other than that I'm cool with my regi. I may stop using shampoo so often, opting for only using it to clarify monthly or every couple of weeks.

I'm going natural. I have a great support system with some friends on this site. In fact, I may start before 09 because my hair is making me have issues. New growth just does not blend well with over processed limp hair.(sigh):ohwell:

I'm going to get my first weave by the end of this year and hopefully next year I can get into doing it on a regular basis. This will help me decide if I really want to transition or not.

I'll be bringing back some oldies but goodies, not sure why I stop using it or didn't repurchase but they were great in my rotation.

I think 2009 will be the year for bunning, braidouts and henna for me. These are things that I have not tried and are looking forward to.

Consistency. I know what my hair needs to thrive now I just have to stay consistent.

Try a new protective style. I have been using sew-ins for almost a year so I would like to try bunning and maybe a lacefront in '09.

Considering a texturizer and permanent color. I like wearing my hair straight. I am tired of spending hours to get it straight only for it to fluff back up again.

I'm going to give up everything I can't find locally, except for two things. I'm giving up Indian tea rinses once I finish with this batch of powders.

I'm gonna stick to what I know works. Be sure I take my vitamins.

I've decided to stop obsessing over my hair and enjoy it. I'm going to let it do what it does. No more measuring constantly and being concerned everytime I see a split or a little breakage. I'm just going to continue taking good care of it and not be so concerned about what length it reaches.

I am really going to get my regimen down pat, start laying of the heat a lot and put braids in my hair two month after a relaxer to allow my hair to stretch for 5 months without damaging my hair.

I don't see myself changing up my reggie any time soon. Wet bunning with Hawaiian Silky really has my hair thriving :yep: I might get cornrows for a few weeks for a little change every now and then, but IDK.

I will be focusing on my edges more than ever. No cuts or trims and having my relaxers every 16-26 weeks. I am still pondering that. My hair goals are

Thick Healthy BSL by 12-31-2009
Thick Healthy MBL by 12-31-2012

As well as treating my hair like silk. =)

I'm gonna flat iron more frequently and use Sabino on a regular basis whether straight or curly. And do more steam treatments...they really help my issues a lot

How does the Sabino help your curly hair? Do you think it can help my twist outs from puffing up?

I am going to make sure I stick to some sort of reggie, stop buying so many darn products, and grow my hair past bsl hopefully before summer.

I'm gonna stop stretching my relaxer so long. Gonna do 8 weeks instead of 12 and beyond. I lose so much hair while stretching and I need to hold on to as much as I can .

I want healty APL/BS hair.....so, I will be joining a six month BUN FOR GROWTH challenge starting Jan.1 2009!! On Dec 31st, I will have successfully ended the 6-month hardcore C&G challenge I joined back in May '08. These challenges have simply been awesome for the growth of my hair. I have learned discipline & consistency with them. :yep:

I will also be moving to Mizani Butter Blend Mild as the relaxer/texlaxer of choice.:lick:

I will baby my hair until I reach my goals.

I am going to discontinue pre-pooing. My shampoos are gentle enough that I don't need to. I'll just maintain w/DCing on dry hair 1x a week.

I'm not going to do anything different. I'm trying to stick to what I know works for me, and my hair.

I am going to start using mega tek! I am also going to lay off the weaves for a few months and wear wigs instead. I am also going to stop buying so many products and stick to what I know.
