I was looking at this yesterday on folica, too. I was also looking at the reviews for the Kenra clarifying shampoo on makeupalley.com. I have got to find a good, non-drying clarifying/chelating shampoo b/c I actually got a chance to see the calcuim build up in our water. I am also looking into to purchasing the waterstick that sareca talked about for Christmas(that's if I can hold out that long).

This looks good:yep: I was just looking at the Healing moisture mask

I just think it's so expensive, I was wondering if it was worth it. I really would like to lose weight and would like to start swimming aobut 2 or 3 times per week. However, I'd still like to make hair progress. Trying to find a way to not mess up my hair and be fit.

I swam nearly everyday this summer. I didn't have alot of problems. I saturated my hair in cheapie conditioner and used a swimming cap. I used nexxus aloe rid but mostly because I already had it. This lanza might be the replacement though.

did you use aloe rid everytime you swam? i have ors neutralizing chelating shampoo. i could use that until its done. i'm just worried about using shampoo with sulfates that many times a week.

I used the shampoo 2x a week.
