what is the funniest thing you have heard about products, hair growth or whatever.
im starting this thread because i was just searching the net about do grow and one lady was like it really does work because it grew my hair one and a half inches in just one year.
lol i had to double look. wth? one inch in one year is not a miracle.

How come when I read it I said aaawwww. I was in the BSS this evening looking to let off some steam about my dayum Color Showers (another thread ) and the lady in front of me was buying a ponytail and some brown Pro-styl gel. She was like "Mmhmm these ponytails have really been making my hair grow. I be up in the mirror like wha, Cindy is dat you?! And this gel make it look like I got that good *** hair, feel me?" erplexed Hell nawl...

lmao. even when i knew nothing about hair i knew to stay away from gel. esp. the black/brown gel. i didnt even like jam. but yes people be tripping in the bss.
this gurl (a friend of a friend) told me my hair would fall out because i hadnt had a relaxer in 11 months at the time. well im thinking "if my hair was gonna fall out it would have done it a long time ago". mind you her hair is no more than 2 inches long and not by choice. she kept saying "you need a relaxer for your hair to grow". wth? mind you i am about 1 1/2" from bsl.
