Thanks, yes I am relaxed. I cowash and wet bun 3x/week (I leave in a regular conditioner like Redken Allsoft and seal with EVOO) and rollerset once/week. For the past 2 weeks I have been cwing every day because I am trying to keep my hair moist for my highlights TU tomorrow.
I relax every 3 months and touch up the color 3 - 4 times/year. The only heat I use regularly is my Pibbs, and the only direct heat is when I go to the salon.

Yes, you've asked before. 
I get Aveda highlights. No - I let the shower water smooth my hair back, then I lightly dry with a towel, slick on some conditioner and loosely bun it up. I don't even comb or brush it.
I stretch too, so when my ng gets outta control
