:look: Then you ignore them again. :lol: Tigers don't change their stripes, and it's still the same drama behind the new name.

I don't even bother with the negativity, seriously. I figure some people are just having bad days - were all human, and sometimes the 'anonymity' of the internet makes people forget that there is another human on the other side of the screen, and they opt to treat people with rudeness, negativity, and dismissal - and then say that people shouldn't get so 'offended' by words on a screen. UrrmmHm. :rolleyes:

It's like a grocery store - pick up what you need, leave the rest on the shelf. :lol:

:yep::yep:

As Queeny would tell me, you chew the meat and spit out the bones.

If it helps, try to develop a PM relationship with someone.

Try not to let it bother you and don't let negative people keep you from posting. Be encouraged, the good ones out weigh the bad ones. :grin:

ITA!!! When I first started lurking and witnessed the drama, it held me back for MONTHS from posting. But I got over it. I just never associate myself with those drama-filled threads or posters. Bottom line. Dont be discouraged.

ITA~especially with the bolded part LOL

Im like everytime i go into a thread, someone is always putting somebody down. Were all in here trying to learn how to take care of our hair right? Its suppose to be about sista love but i dont feel it. I guess thats why i dont bother to post sometimes. SAD

I personally think you will always have your negative nellys where ever you go..
For the most part the women on this board are very supportive..I mean seriously I have PM'ed folks I have never talked to before and they have been helpful in every way..

I hope u will eventually see the sista love that I see...

No one is tearing anyone down.

I think people just like to read too much into stuff. No one can critique anyone's regimen or whatever without people getting all up in arms.

If you're "SL/APL/BSL" with uneven broken off strands everywhere, and ragedy ends, and/or doing unhealthy hair practices, then don't expect anyone to not say anything about it when you ask a question. And just because someone critiques it, doesn't mean we're "haters."

We all usually congratulate and give props to the women with beautiful healthy hair, so I don't see how anyone can hate on anything sub par.

The OP is posting on her experience on LHCF and what she views as negative. But, then again you haven't experienced any negativity on this board....:look:

She has her opinions, as I do mine.

I don't see the "every thread is always tearing someone down" happening, but that's just me. Don't know what that last comment you made is supposed to mean, but okay.
