Thanks ladies, you guys are so sweet! :yep: :crying3::cry:

Beautiful! You've made awesome progress. That CW challenge was such a good idea!:yep:

Oh man, seriously, was it!!! :yep:

Your hair is so thick and beautiful. I can't believe you were able to grow it so long and healthy with the highlights.

I had a terrible experience where I got overprocessed a little over 2 years ago, my stylist said almost all of that has grown out now. I don't use any heat except for my Pibbs and when I go in for TU's. Also cowashing, man oh man, I love it! :lick::lick::lick: I didn't have any splits after 3 months! She will only lightly trim after she touches up my color to prevent splits.

congrats!!! I really like your hair at this length
I feel like you've been on here longer! (in a good way !!!)

Thanks so much ladies!
:blush3::infatuated:
VERY lovely!! What's your reggie?
I cowash and wet bun 3x/week (I leave in a regular conditioner like Redken Allsoft and seal with EVOO) and rollerset once/week. I relax every 3 months and touch up the color 3 - 4 times/year. The only heat I use regularly is my Pibbs, and the only direct heat is when I go to the salon. I've tried steaming and occasionally I'll deep condition with heat, but by far co-washing has been the BEST thing I've done since joining this board. I stretch up to 15 weeks and usually my ends are rugged afterwards. This time I had no splits! :drunk:

Beautiful!
Congrats on the progress!
*dashes out to go check the CoWashing thread*

I love it! :lick: :yep:

I ::heart:: the color. It suits you soo well. Are those streaks??

Thank you. Yes. Actually the back has very thick chunks and the front has thinner strips. She darkened me in the front and lightened me in the back, which is great since I don't get touched up very often. This way my roots aren't very apparent from the front. I'm getting a touch up on Friday so this time I will try to post higher quality pics. :yep:

Your hair is GORGEOUS!!! And so are you. Congrats on the progress!!!
When you rollerset weekly are you drying it with heat under the Pibbs or airdrying? Not sure if I got that right.

Usually with the Pibbs. :yep: My hair is pretty thick so if I try to rollerset at night without the Pibbs it won't be completely dry in the morning. :ohwell:
