I think it makes you have excess gas. I use to take 2 a day but I cut back to one a day. The neon yellow pee is weird so I just increased my water intake. I think B-Complex has made my roots thicker and my hair darker.

B-Complex has made the effects of Biotin on my skin less havoc recking. Without B-Complex, I am more likely to get bumps when I take biotin. With it, I never see those pesky bumps.

thanks ladies! the lady at Vitamin Shoppe said it might give me increased energy....any one feel that?

My hair just thickens right up. Don't remember the increased energy but then again I wasn't taking it for that so I was just monitoring my hair:giggle:

If you're lacking B-vitamins or anemic like me, yeah it does give you energy. My fine hair's thickened up since taking it. My SO looked at me and said, "Your hair is getting thicker! I like it." It does work, but not over night. I've been taking it for three months. I like what it does! :yep:

See I was taking it but I dont think I used it for that long.

I didn't notice any increased energy, that was why I was using, I always feel tired.

I think I heard los of members say it thickened their hair.

I heard the b vitamins are known as the beauty vitamins.

Have you ever had your RBC's done? If you're anemic you may need more iron in your diet.

I am anemic. Not severly but still iron deficient. I've been taking my iron tablets everyday now for over a month. I've been earing more beans and nuts. I still feels sluggish but sometimes I dont get enough sleep and I think I might need to detox.

I'm gonna go back to the doc in sept to see how my iron levels are.
