Here is the one that I use:

SBS-140106
.

Sally's Beauty Supply carries it.

is it a moisterizer?!? its not going to dry out and break my edges is it?!

It's not a moisturizer. It has a waxy/pastey consistency - kind of like a pomade in tube form. It doesn't dry like gel, so your hair won't be brittle or flaky. I haven't experienced any breakage. It rinses out of the hair easily when you wash, so you don't have to worry about how thick it is.

I apply it to my edges and then tie my hair up for 10-15 minutes with a scarf. That keeps them smooth for the rest of the day.

wow, never heard of it either...interesting. (plans to buy one...) see yall are getting me in trouble...I think I may be developing pj.... :look:

I've been using the Luster's renutrient's stick since Feb and I haven't noticed any breakage. I love the way this stuff smells but I try not to use it more than twice a week because it gets very vaseline-y. its good stuff tho! especially for the purpose of smoothing edges.

Aveda has one too, the Self Control Styling Stick. I used it years ago, and it HOLDS.
