hello girl,
I m so discouraged cause during 6 months i sacrificed myself (yes this is the good word) for my hair !!
6 months of stretching, 6 months trying ti find the best natural products, 6 months of horrible looking ...and no benefits ...ok i m lying a litlle bit cause my new growth never been so healthy ( 4 strong inches)but my ends are still horrible ...(espacially on the front)...Every single day i apply glycerin +aloe vera coat with mango butter or jojoba oil
Wash twice a week
prepoo at every wash
deep condition once a month but i apply protein every two wash (a special lotion with protein)
use ayurvedics ..Don't comb it at all even if i manipulate it a llittle (espacialy my coils)
And today i noticed that on the (left)front i got nothing but split ends !!!And my hair looks shorter on this side ! I don't think it's because of the too long period of stretching..... but keeping my hair away from chemicals did nothing ...I haven't relaxed my hair yet, i'll do it next month (Im obliged to wait a little more due to a special occasion in august )but i already know that it would'nt be like i hope ! :nono::nono::nono::nono:

There is one month left before my next relaxer...please what could you advise me to put on my hair to get it stronger?

Please remember that while stretching your hair may appear thin, uneven, and just plain wrong!!!:lachen: I go through this every stretch. About week 12, I'm like:perplexed...why is my hair looking like this!!! However, once you relax everything will come together! If you are not noticing any breakage, then the ragged ends are probably just appearing this way because the NG is jacking everything up to different lengths. :yep: Don't be discourage just yet, wait until after your touch-up before you start cussing out your hair!!!

this is true. my hair gets super thick, and it looks like i need a trim, but like you say, ng shrinkage messes up the lengths. moisturize, baggy, call it a day.
