I tried the coconut one as a leave in tonight and I feel the same way:yep:. I had to check myself because I want to go Organix crazy! I love the coconut, teatree mint and vanilla. I want to try that citrus , pomegranate and the grapeseed one. I have exhausted all of my usual addresses :look:for rebates:spinning:, so I told myself to chill.

Aargh i want that conditioner so badly! I saw the vanilla, shea, and coconut conds all aligned in a neat little row in the back of CVS and it was buy one get one half off! I was so tempted...i have enough conditioners i guess but it smelled so YUMMY the shea butter one even smelled like real shea butter!

Great:
-Aubrey Organics' Island Natural Replenishing Conditioner - loved how soft it made my hair without the filmy feel.
-Qhemet's Burdock Butter Cream - really softens my hair. Now I just started using it on my scalp b/c burdock and oatstraw (which are in the cream) are supposed to help in combating dry scalp (something I've been dealing with).
-Two-prong metal clips for roller sets - My rollerset came out nicer and was easier to do using these clips instead of the long bobby pins.
-HE LTR leave-in - I like the way it makes my hair feel.
-Jamaican Black Castor Oil - I put some on my ends and on my edges before I air-dry or rollerset to seal in my moisturizer or leave-in.

Good:
-Aubrey's GPB - made my hair feel strong, but my hair felt a little dry after rollersetting and styling. I used it as a pre-poo, per the bottle's instructions. However, the dryness may be due to the Organix Anti-Breakage Serum I used that day as well, maybe too much protein.

Not sure:
-Organix Anti-Breakage Serum - I used it on damp hair after my leave-in and before rollersetting. When my hair was dry, it felt kinda 'squeaky cleanish' but weird. It felt like I couldn't get moisture in. I'll use it on dry hair next time for shine instead of on wet/damp hair.

A couple years ago i believe. I used the ORS replenishing 2 years ago and it didnt have marine protein in it.

Yes they changed the formula about 3-4 years ago and the original formula had SAA and Marine Collagen protein. It was good stuff back then man, I hate when companies change formulas.

this is why I no longer line the ORS pak. I posted in another thread earlier this week that I was still on the fence about it. I wonder if I can doctor it up by adding some saa(from lotioncrafter) and marine collagen(from snowdriftfarm) to it and giving it another go......

B.B. SilkShake. What did I ever do without this stuff? I'm like a crack fiend.

Blow NY Soft Pomade: great for holding hair and curls in place. All organic. Seems water but dries like a thick butter.

Optimum Care Detanger.... smells like Jherri Curl juice, but... I still like it. A great cheap spray detangler. Makes dry combing easy. I would use it with heat tho. It evaporates to quick.

HIT

Motions CPR - leaves my hair strong and helps retain a lot of moisture

Hopeful hit - Jane Carter Nourish & Shine!

ELASTA QP DPR-11
I Think that's the name of it.
Some ladies on here swear by it.
I hate to throw stuff away but it had to go
in the garbage:nono:

Let me know how that works out for you. I'm still loyal to this product, I still have hope for ORS:grin:, it's readily available and the ingredients are good.

My "Moisture Mist" which is a 4oz spray bottle a little less than 1/2 full of aloe juice, a little less than 1/2 full of glycerin, a capful of SAA, and 3 drops of lemon essential oil. I used it on DD's 2-strand twists. They are soft, shiny, were easy to detangle and are hanging longer than ever before. LOVE IT!!!!

Daily cowashing & airdrying - my new summer regimen
