Thanks. I have not measured it. I am using BT and MN. I am very inconsistent with growth aids though (Hence the growth aid challenge). I am also in a DC challenge and just finished the "Wash for growth challenge".

I have no idea what my reggie is. . I am working on it. I actually don't really co-wash. I think I have only co-washed once ever. I have been using diluted shampoo.
I have been washing regularly, moisturizing twice daily, sealing with coconut oil, DCing twice a week and applying my MN mix when I think about it.

Let me tell you, I am on a quest to see stars like I saw crossing from Zimbabwe to Zambia. Me and some friends were riding in the back of a pickup truck late night/wee hours of the morning in the country side (that was a funny story, always reminds me of Johnny Gill). I saw stars from horizon to horizon! All these dang on city lights, go to the mountains and clouds getting in my way, I still have not seen stars like that since.

mandy your hair looks so beautiful it has grown alot it looks like it could be more then 4inches. Way to go, I wanted to start of and cut, but I went to yarn braids. Keep doing what your doing because it is working Congrads!!!!
