I *hope* to be APL (stretched) at the end of the year. I'll be doing a length check at the end of the month, so we'll see how that's going...

I'm wiggin' it now, with cornrows underneath, and this is my regimen:
- Moisturize & Seal ends daily
- Oil scalp every other day
- Wash & deep condition weekly

I'm releasing the naps for summer, so my regimen will be a little different then.

OT-Judging by your siggy pic you are making VERRRRY good progress! :yep:

I *want* to be WL by the end of the year.

No more trims for the rest of the year (crosses fingers)....

I'm trying not to obsess about making WL---I had a trim recently and after that I didn't quite see myself making it there this year. So if I don't, I guess I'll be happy if I see at least 2 inches of growth from whatever length it's at now...

My goal is to increase the thickness of my hair and to have my hair between MBL and BSL........and STAY NATURAL !!!!:wallbash:

NigerianGirl, LOVE your hair!!!

I'm transitioning and hope to bring in the new year all natural......

my regimen is simple:
I co-wash 1-2 times per week, protective style most of the time, flat iron occassionally (every 4 - 6 wks), but hope to put that to a halt during the summer:crossfingers:

Thank you just simply:grin:. Happy Hair growing to you and everyone......

i BC 4/4/08 and by the end of the year id like to be chin length stretched, I plan to acheieve this through co washing and low to no heat :o)

I would love to hit bsl stretched by the end of this year, but i would need like 4 inches of growth so in a weave for now to give my hair a break and hopefully get some growth. I'm co washing with an applicator bottle every other day and moisturizing, and using my bt. I think I may get a trim after i start to venture into mbl to even things up. I'd also like to grow out my color, and switch to just rinses.

transitioning....

i'd like to be at chin length and have my edges fill in.
wash 1x week.
protective style ALL the time :)

Currently transitioning:drunk:, I would like to gain at least 4 more inches by the end of the year which will put my natural hair between APL and BSL (streched). I'm going back to my original regime and products that worked very well for me (was being a total PJ for a while): Wash/deep condition 1x week with NTM products, essential--coconut and castor oil, shampoo every 2 weeks. My biggest challenge will be staying away from direct heat. I'm putting the Maxiglide away and will be rollersetting only for at least the next two months.

I just got about an inch cut, and I'm right at APL. So my goal would be BSL by 12/31/08. I think I'll be happy right there:grin:

I hope by the end of the year, I will make APL. I really think I will make it. I plan to wear mostly protective styles. I need to figure out how to increase moisture. I plan to start taking vitamins...again and to start doing cardio.

my goal is to have about collar length hair - currently twa now, (not sure if thats possible) but ive been keeping it simple. i cowash everyday sometimes twice now that its getting hotter, moisturize, put on a headband and go! i shampoo when i notice my hair isnt reacting to products like it usually does. i DC when i think i need it or when i want, protein when i need it (i use a protein condish, so not too often) i think ive got the protein/moisture down.

It's May, one month from the 6 month mark. 2009 will be here before we know it. I've been somewhat slacking on my haircare, but I'm back to business. I'd love to share ideas with other naturals who are stepping it up so we can go into 2009 with progress. Come on naturals, spill it!

My goal for Dec 2008 is to reach BSL. I'm less than 2" away (before trim). And my regimen is simple. Keep it braided or cornrowed. CO wash 1x/week. Shampoo 1x every 3 months. Oil with gro aut daily. Moisturize as often as I remember. The simpler my regimen the better for me/my hair :)

stick to my vitamins stop smoking keep a healthy head of hair by keeping regimen simple and stick to ayurvedic products mostly.

Just staying with my regimen of deep conditioning, once a month protein treatment, moisturizing daily, and vitamins daily. I think this routine will get my hair back on track.
