Maybe you like what you see, maybe you don't..... But is there added pressure to just say something, since u can now be seen (when logged in, anyway)?

Why or why not?
 
I don't feel compelled to leave a comment. But if like what i see i will leave comments. I enjoy leaving comments though.

No, I don't leave a comment because that takes away from my stalking habit. I don't expect folks to leave a comment for me either. The tracker does help fend with off the wall comments. I like that.:yep:

I will come back and leave a comment. You are doing a great job in all areas.
 
Nope. I never really think about the tracker at all. I like to leave comments, though, if someone's hair is really looking good. It's hard for me NOT to comment in that case.

I actually don't want comments. I didn't get comments for a long time then all of a sudden I got two and I thought I turned that off? I don't want comments because I didn't have the fotki for anyone else but me so I really don't need people to comment so if you come across my fotki and don't comment I ain't mad at you one bit.

i comment because they came and stopped by whether they left a comment or not. I get soooo happy to see others ppl looked at my hair. But i don't get too troubled when ppl don't leave comments, in all honesty my hair isn't that exciting;I don't expect a college essay or round table discussion in the comment portion of my fotki.

yes, i did. maybe because i thought it would have seemed strange to just lurk. however, if someone did this at my fotki, i didn't actually care. it was only repeat visitors (people coming 2-3+ times in a row or several times a week) who never left a comment that i noticed. i was offended but i thought it was a bit strange.

anyway, i just turned off the feature because sometimes i want to check someone's fotki without having to leave a comment. also, i was finding that when visiting those who had left comments at my page in order to return the favour, i would sometimes visit twice in the week because i had forgotten that i had visited already. i didn't want to appear as if i was stalking, when it really wasn't the case. anyway, now no-one can see me and i can't see others.

Aww dang!!! See there, this dern thing is already making us "think" too much! All over-analyzing and junk. :lol: This tracker *aint* nuffin but trouble! :lol:

nope. sometimes i dont look at a fotki all in once and will go back a few times and then maybe i might leave a comment
 
I like it. That way I don't have to leave a msg in their guest book esp if that user's GB is off. It also allows me to see other fotkis that I haven't seen. I even stink @ going to my own comments/GB to respond so the tracker works for someone lazy like me.
 
I don't fish for compliments. If you have a question you're free to ask, otherwise I don't care if you stop in and step out without complimenting. In fact I disabled it because I really don't care who looks at me. If you see me on your fotki and I don't say anything, I had nothing to say. You don't need to know what al00fone thinks unless al00fone thinks you need to know:rolleyes:

Imagine if it was IRL... would you be mad if a girl looked at your hair while you were shaking it around and walked off? Would you be concerned she didn't compliment you? I think its strange when people try to be comment whores, its just like... :perplexed Are you even allowed to ask for comments? :lachen:

YES!!!!!!!!!! This is EXACLTLY how I felt until I realised that I could turn the feature off...now it's back to "lurkin' and bouncin'" unless I feel compelled to say something cause their hair is just gawgeous. I like to leave comments anyway, but I HATE feeling like I have to otherwise I might hurt someones feelings.

ETA: When people come through mine and don't leave comments I really don't mind. I mean, I do the same thing...right?

Hmmm...I have always wondered about that...I mean...not to be nosey...but if the fotki is just for you then why not keep it private? Why make it public at all? *Duck incoming stones*:look:
 
No pressure for me to leave a comment, not any pressure for those that look at my album to leave one either. I totally forgot about that feature.

It's only public here. I just put the link here because others put their link up so I figured I'd join the party. I hate when I someone talks about their hair or has it in their avatar or siggy and I check their profile because I want to see it in all it's fabulousness and get disappointed that they don't have a fotki or other picture site.

So yeah I'm only concerned with keeping it up for my own progress but I don't mind if people look I just don't need them to make comments on it because I didn't put it up to fish for compliments like someone else said.
 
No I dont see why would someone would feel bad doing it. If I had people come to my page all the time i'll feel flattered:grin:

to me its just like looking at someones hair on the street sometimes I just keep walking .... sometimes I make a comment.
