Hi Ladies,

I haven't updated my pictures in a long while. Anyway I just got a relaxer yesterday after a 15 week stretch. I relaxed with Affirm Fiberguard Mild, I think I'm relaxed 70-75% now. I will know the texture better after I wash my hair myself in a few days.

Anyway my progress since last February when I started my album has been much slower than the rest you ladies, but there's progress none the less so I'm happy for that! What I do realize is that one of the hardest parts of growing hair is getting it past your shoulders, so I will be concentrating on working past this point with protective styling and rarely wearing my hair down.

Today I even wore my hair up in a pin curl style (i will post pictures later..I need to upgrade my fokti account). I never wear my hair up right after my relaxer (I usually like to have it down and swanging :) ), but I need to reach my goal, which is more important.

Anyway enjoy the pics.

(I also added pics of some braids that I put in for 5 weeks of the stretch, in the braid album)

Your hair looks great! It is very full! and shiny too! Very healthy looking! And I can see your progress-- your hair has really grown and improved

And I like your phonypony protective style with the brown hair clip. Very pretty!

Awww thanks ladies!!! I only wish my progress was a little faster. But the pictures from last February to now really help me to see that it has grown, not as much as I want but it's coming.

Wow! Your hair is lookin' wonderful...so thick and shinny! Keep doing what you're doing!

Thanks...my hair actually gives an illusion of thickness, but it's really very thin, unfortunately. That's why I switched to texlax to keep some body and thickness and hopefully maintain some more strength.

Wow, I've never been someone's goal before! Thanks!!! Just keep going, don't give up like I did and you'll get there much faster than I did.

Your hair is coming along nicely by the way!
