I will admit, I don't have a set regimen. I think if I had one I would have retained a lot more length. However I am pleased with my results. It's not much longer, but is HEALTHY and Stronger than before.......thanks LHCF sisters..........

DANG! Girl your hair looks GREAT! HHG!

It looks wonderful!! Great 1 year progress.... I hope my 1 yr turnaround is half as impressive!

Thanks Sweetgal, I don't have a set reggie going. I wash my hair once a week with Cream of Nature, I condition with ORS Replenish Paks or LeKair Cholestrol. For protein I use Elasta QP Breakage Serum.....I moisturize with S-Curl and use Break-Free put my hair in either a bun, or a braid and throw the quik weave on. I truly believe the key is moisture! My hair loves Glycerine

Thanks for responding your har is soo beautiful, sounds like your regiem is simple. I have recently discovered s-curl as well, it has worked wonder for my hair when my hair is in cornrows

How do you use s-curl in your hair without braids also where can gou buy break free? I want to buy some, you are such an inspiration to me, you ends were kinda see through before (kinda like mine) and now your hair and ends are soo thick. Congratulations you have truly done a great job with your simple but effective regiem.

You are an inspiration to :yep:

me!

Great progress. For me, evening out my hair and making it fuller are one of my challenges. ANd you did a fantabulous job with that...

I use the s-curl as a moisturizer. I just spray it on my hair especially the ends when I am wearing a bun or the quick weave, especially the bun, I just soak my bun up with s-curl while my ends are tucked under and protected. The Break-Free I just use all over my hair as well once again focusing on the ends. You can get Break Free in CVS, Walgreens etc...or any BSS...

Great progress. You ahve definitely done good by your hair and it has rewarded you with length and health in return! :)

big difference in a year's time. in my opinion, health trumps length. the length is well on its way, 'cause you are doing a great job.

Wonderful progress, Sheba125!!!

Thanks for the tip about the S-Curl. I'm going to try it,
since I've been having a problem keeping my hair
moisturized, especially my ends.
