I will admit, I don't have a set regimen. I think if I had one I would have retained a lot more length. However I am pleased with my results. It's not much longer, but is HEALTHY and Stronger than before.......thanks LHCF sisters..........

Thanks, girl I tried co-washing every now and again. Mostly in the summer time. But I haven't stuck with it, my problem is consistency......
