i only bought 4 yesterday(even though i still havent tried the one i already had). i have 4 strawberry and creme and 1 champain kiss. the champain kiss smells much better than the SC. but thats all i got because thats all they had besides one clerifying condish which i dont ven wanna try. but if i find a peach one i will get it

This is a wonderful idea. Since it's getting warm, I'm going to start CW my dd's hair as well. I'm wondering if I should've bought more because the 16 bottles I got was just for me...

OT: any advice for a APL natural 10 y/o w/a mixture of 3c-4b fine, dense, super soft, sandy blonde hair that always looks thirsty no matter what (except when using shikakai oil), w/a MAJOR shrinkage issue would be greatly appreciated! Matter of fact, lemme copy and paste this in to a new thread!

There is a new lady on this forum who sounds like she has hair similar and she does the curly girl method once she cowashes or washes then she slathers on cheapie conditioner as a leave in and it has worked very well for her and others.

I tried that this week and it wasn't bad at all. I have 90% shrinkage type hair. Seriously. I was able to place my hair in braids and it is still manageable and supple after two days.

Funny you asked because my husband just noticed it.....He stands over the container and goes.." Uh ....What did you do? " .....I reply, " They had a sale"
My Hubby again says "What did you do?...How much did you spend?"...I reply , " Only 66 cents each"....He replies, " TRAYCEE.... HOW MUCH DID YOU SPEND" I reply , " 4o something dollars"...He says...," Thank God ....You scared me.....Why would buy that much on sell or not?"

Me: My co-washes this summer

Him: Thats ridiculous your going to give some of that to your nieces...

Me: No ....And you can't make me !!! ( Arms folded )

He stares at me...And starts laughing

I just went to my local CVS and they were closed. :ohwell: Who closes before 7pm? :wallbash: But I really wanted some V05 so I hit up the Walgreens on the way back home (I was willing to miss the sale). They were out of the conditioners except for the volumizing kind :perplexed.

I was in the mood to buy conditioner so I ended up with 2 bottles of Suave. They aren't nearly as good as V05, and they were more expensive on sale than the regular price V05.

So now I gotta catch the last day of the sale tomorrow and take back these Suave conditioners. The things we do.

I thought of Traycee and this thread today and got to thinking that one bottle of Kiwi & Lime Squeeze conditioner I bought this week just wasn't enough. :look:

I went back today and got some of the Champagne Kisses and Strawberry Moisture Milk (which I had never tried before.) I like the Strawberry one, I had always avoided it before, but I massaged some into my ends and I like it as a leave-in. Smells yummy too. :lick:

:lachen::lachen:Why did the cashier get an attitude.....

Cashier : Are going to buy the matching shampoo ?

Me: Um No

Cashier : Why not ?

Me: Because I don't want it

Cashier: So when other people come into buy the shampoo and conditioner ...Only thing left will be shampoo...

Me: Whatever....:look:
:lachen::lachen::lachen::lachen::lachen::lachen::lachen: Oh this is priceless!!! I wanna see a UTube of this!!!

Ya'll gonna have me running up to CVS again this week. First it was for the Loreal HIP sale...

So you MsCoCo do you use it as a co-wash first and then after the final rinse you use it as a leave in....do you DC before?? Details details...I need details ....

i want to try the kiwi lime. is that one of the clarifying ones:ohwell:?
anyway i want some more but JC penny has a sale too and i dont want to spend all my change in one place:lachen:

I bought a few bottles this evening. The store I went to was out of everything but the strawberry, tea therapy, and kiwi lime. I may have to stop by Walmart tomorrow, because I want to try the other ones. (I always forget that they honor other stores' sale prices if you bring in the ad.)

Thanks for the tip!

I just bought 8 bottles yesterday. I squeezed the "Free me Freesia" to get a whiff of it and some ended up splashing on my chest, and although rubbed it off, I was smelling like that fragrance for the rest of the day, which was a good thing since it smells so good!

Check your receipts! I thought I was slick by getting more than the 4 allowed, and when I checked my receipt, I saw that they charged me the sale price for the 4 and the rest got rung up as the regular price of 99cents.

yall dont be scurred of the clarifying kiwi and lime i find that for me it ws the most moisturizing behind the strawberry n cream...and better than the champagne kiss (too runny IMO). If they still had pina colada i would have bought 40 of those. that was my absolute fav one of all times

I just bought 4 bottles and I want more but the inventory is very small at the CVS closest to me. I might go get a few more too because one bottle only lasts me about 3 washes and that is a good price.:yep:

This is why I originally bought 16 but once I decided I'm going to CW dd's hair as well, I need to go get more. I CW mine yesterday and today, then applied some to hers after washing today and that bottle is already 90% gone.

Yep, it doesn't go far for me. I just went to another Cvs and got 4 more. Somebody had been in there tearing up the shelves before I got there.:eyebrows2

I went today and got more and these two white girls were in line talking behind me and one was like "we really should get some of that, did you see how much it is this week?" They got out of line and headed to the aisle but thanks to me, there wasn't much left. The one by my house think they slick though...I know they get shipment on Fridays because the associate @ another store told me, but the one over here hasn't restocked the shelves, and probably won't until tonight after they close. They don't wanna play with me :brucelee::bat::hardslap:

i got 10 bottles. 2 of the clarifying poos. i love VO5 conditioners. one bottle usually lasts me at least 10 washes tho i am not that greedy with my product. also since i am a conditioner JUNKIE,... i cant commit to just VO5 i have to also use suave,.... Aww, I wish I had gotten a chance to use that one. I hate when yummy stuff gets discontinued.

There's still some out there floating around? I'm going to try and get some. Also, if anyone knows if there is any Suave Milk and Honey out there please let me know. I never tried it but folks talk about it like it was the end all, be all. I wanna see what all the fuss was about.

yes maam i got it from anyotc.com? i think. google search suanve milk and honey and see if you find some online drugstores that still have it. it was a great conditioner. But i found that the suave coconut works about the same if not better IMO.
