This might be cheating but when I first went natural I found this thread and anytime I felt discouraged I looked at all these photos and the beautiful hair so I guess all the ladies in this thread are my inspirations

Love love love Velvet...she has the most beautiful hair. There are a lot of others out there, but she's the one who comes to mind first. All of you girls are my inspiration!

o wow hair inspirations to me is like a kid in the candy store, I can't pck just one...who do I pick? There are too many women's hair I like...but since I have to name some I woud say AsTheCurlzTurns (I stalk your reggie posts), nappity4b, JustKiya(, Cheleigh, mwedzi(like o wow I LOVE UR HAIR), and NappyParadise.

Maestradiva and Babyblue (yes she tex'ed but her natural hair progress was inspiring)
I don't know if I feel inspiration because I never see myself as having hair like anyone else's, but I am very impressed and amazed by Mookshair, Naturalgirl, and JustKiya for their ability to manage their natural hair with such ease and grace. I'm food-deprived at the moment, so I'm sure I'll be back to say who else.

Thank you Minny, I agree with everyone who said your hair is beautiful!! I am inspired by all the naturals on this board. Everyone has their own unique and beautiful style. I love the short hair, the medium length hair, and the long hair. It's so hard for me to pick just one! I love you all!! :Rose:

mwedzi, my beautiful thick haired friend, thank-you - we gotta help each other and that's the way it should be and even if none of the things suggested works out, at least we know we have support and we don't have to go it alone. gotta love that!!!
it's been stated a couple times already in this thread and i'm gonna say it again; ALL the natural ladies here are inspiring and continue to break many of the negative stereotypes we (as a people) can have regarding natural hair.
it's a beautiful thing indeed!

O yea...another person that I forgot
....ME! If I hadn't prayed to find the courage w/in ME to CLIPPER cut My hair how was I going to look at someone else's hair and say I want hair like her's or experiment with unorthadox stuff like the other women do. I think I had to go deep down w/in myself to say it's okay to just let go. But I have all the ladies on LHCF for that...If I wasn't for ya'll...I'll still be rock'n the relaxer with an itchy scalp, and no where to turn while battling my seborrheic dermatitis, wishing I would just give up the relaxer and oil that makes my scalp so irritable.

As for my natural inspirations? Would you believe I can't just name one or several? Why?
Cuz all these gosh darn naturals have some BEAUTIFUL HAIR!!! And quite a lot of them, didn't even mind me pm'ing them to ask about their regimens, advice or even asking to view their fotkis. The long-time naturals here have a great wealth of info that the majority of us newbies can learn alot from.
The BEST thing about it? These very same people will lend a helping hand or even a hug, during the times when you're down and out in your natural journey.
It don't even matter if you have a TWA, if I or anyone for that matter, need help, there's someone out there who will HELP YOU!!I give praise and thanks to EVERY SINGLE one of you naturals out there who are so patiently and willing to help any of us naturals accomplish our goals. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!
There are so many lovely ladies with beautiful heads full of natural hair on LHCF, I just can't name them all! I would have to say Nay would have to be my true inspiration to continue to grow longer and stronger. Her regime is the epitome of where I want to be with my hair routine... simple, low maintenance, low manipulation and healthy methods...I truly believe I am almost there! Thanks Nay
