This time it's Aveda Sap moss nourishing treatment. I know this isn't anything new, but let me tell you what I just did.

I bought it to try today, but it isn't wash day yet.
I heard it was good for softening NG, so being the impatient person I am, I decided to try it out anyway.

I put a little bit on my roots (I'm something like 4a-b? I don't know somewhere in there), immediately my hair responded. But whatever:rolleyes:, if I put a heavy conditioner on my roots the same thing happens, it gets softer and the curl pattern loosens..... that is, until I wash it out.

Anyhoo, I wanted to see how it would feel when it dried, so I brushed the NG as straight as possible and kept it taught with my hand. I pulled out the blow dryer and proceeded to zap the section on low heat for a few secs until it dried. I lifted my hand and....

:blush:Why is my hair still straight?!

I mean it almost looks like a fresh relaxer and it's so soft! I was NOT expecting that. This is going to be a regular in my rotation, I am BEYOND impressed. :yep:

 I heard that nasty rumor too. I don't like the sap moss line, but that concentrate is the truth!! I will be stocking up on it. I've used it as a leave in a few times with good result too.
