Funny Confession...

Yesterday it was somewhat windy and I had my hair down. I was leaving the bookstore heading back to work. I jumped in my car and closed the door. I started to lean in to put my keys in the ignition when I realized I couldn't move my head. I felt up and I had closed a part of my hair in the door!! I had to open the door and release my hair. Thankfully, no hair loss!! I just had to laugh at myself - who does that!? Uh...only me!!

Anyone else have any crazy hair confessionals?

I've let my hair up in the window before...It gets stuck under my purse strap on a daily basis, and I've had food in my hair not sexy.

My hair isn't long enough to get caught anywhere yet. But I have almost fallen down the stairs TWICE from thinking something was crawling on my neck.

I accidentially dipped my hair in paint once, which then dragged and got on my sweater.

Luckily the paint was water soluable.

I can't stand that feeling!! I hate tags in clothing for that reason.

Yeah the food thing can be a little crazy! My hair shreds a lot so I find hair in my own food that I cooked!! And cuz I live alone I can't blame no body else! I have pin and cover with my hair with a bonnet when I cook.

Yeah the food thing can be a little crazy! My hair shreds a lot so I find hair in my own food that I cooked!! And cuz I live alone I can't blame no body else! I have pin and cover with my hair with a bonnet when I cook.

I started pinning my hair up while cooking for the same reason but check it, the last time my boo and I went out to eat he leaned over the table with his napkin and started whiping my ends and was like you have alfredo sauce in your hair baby . My ends were in my plate. Nasty.

actually, no i lied. i just remembered: i have to pull it out from under shirt and jacket collars when i wear it down. I love that!

Funny!!!! Just today at work I had a moment. I wore my hair in a puff today with a "tendril curl" on the side. It's hanging to my shoulder and I walked in this door rather quickly. The wind kicked it up and I almost started swinging because I thought someone was invading my space! LOL!

I bump my hair a lot. Not my head, my hair. If it's in a high puff or a giant bun. It's like my mind accounts for my body, my flesh I mean, when I move, but it hasn't learned to account for the vertical space my hair takes up. You know, you pick up something you dropped from under a desk and get up. Us clumsier folk may bump our head on the bottom of the desk from time to time, but I'm also frequently bumping just my hair. Or I get out of the car and bump my hair on the top of the door frame.

I lose bobby pins in my hair. Sometimes I don't find them until I wash.

Sometimes I put things in my 'fro for temporary storage.

I do this all of the time. What about rubbing it on the roof of your car or the sun visor pushing your puff back. I always worry about getting out of the car with a lop sided puff!!!!

Y'all are funny!I have a confession, it's more of a braid confession though. Next week, DH and I were at a store that his friend owns. I was talking to friend's gf and while DH was talking to his buddy, he did a double take at me. Then he says, loudly, I might add,"your track's falling out, your track falling out". Then he grabs the loose braid. I look around, everyone in the store is looking at me. So, I reply (loud, like he was); "it's not a track, it's a braid. Gimme that".

An elderly woman says "That's right. Get him straight, girl. You know these men don't know nothing about hair".

I've shut part of my hair in the car door before. I've also had food in my hair. Last week I had ice cream in my hair but I didn't notice it until after the ice cream had dried.

I have had where my bang used to hang in my face and some little hairs would scrape the side of my temple and I'd smack my head thinking it was a large mosquito or bug, but it was really my hair. How embarrasing is that.

I took a quick glance and thought it was a bug and started swatting/running from it. It was just my hair - what makes this really crazy is it was 5:00 am and I was in my apt. I almost fell down trying to get away. LOL

I eat my hair all the time! I'll just scoop it right up into my mouth with my food. Embarrassing and annoying when eating in public.
