No, I pooed...DC'd for like 45 minutes 30 with heat..15 without. Rinsed and then followed up with the seyani butter and coconut oil on my wet hair. Wrapped it and sat under the dryer to and fully dried!! I love the way my hair feels...still!! I've been using the butter everyday and I'm loving the results!!

Okay, after reading this entire thread, I am now DYING to try these products! I'm going to buy the Seyani hair butter, the shampoo, fortifying hair masque, moisture mist leave-in, and either the scalp elixir or some jojoba oil for my scalp massages. I just made a regimen today and I plan on incorporating all of these products into it. I have to save up my money though. I'm glad I saw this thread before I started product hunting. Hopefully these will become my staples!
 
It really doesn't matter if you are relaxed or natural, Her products have ingredients to benefit both, I Love her whole line and it makes my hair so much healthier and shiny!!! I say go for it if you haven't!!!:grin:
 
Okay ladies yesterday I decided to cowash with the Avocado rinse. I tried something different, here's what I did...
  1. I wet my hair in the sink
  2. Used the Avocado Rinse and sat under a heating cap 30min (wet pre-poo????)
  3. Got in the shower to rinse and then added more conditioner
  4. washed up
  5. Then rinsed my hair again/ dentangled under water
When I began to rinse the wet pre-poo treatment out I got really scared because my hair felt terriable:nono: (most liekly from my hair being dirty), but after the second avocado rinse I had a huge smile on my face. :grin: My hair felt extremely moist and clean.I got out of the shower and actually kept running my fingers through my wet hair I was so shocked. I love the rinse I highly recommend it, I have 3b/4a hair and I am relaxed. I have pics in my fotki under the rollerset section if you want to see how my hair turned out.

Oh and the butter on NG during a rollerset was a great idea, my hair is sooooo happy.

I love the rinse too..I wasn't sure how to use it so I PM'd Sweet Cashew and she told me to use it last as a final rinse...I use it on my daughter's natural hair

As a final rinse, are you leaving it on for a few minutes or washing it out immediately?
 
:sekret: WOW 1 minute okay I totally screwed up the directions, but like I said it did turn out alright for me.:lachen: Maybe the fact that it said rinse should have given me a clue:rolleyes: OKAY WELL DON'T DO WHAT I DID, I WOULD HATE FOR SOMEONE TO HAVE A BAD REACTION

Okay so next time I will condition and then rinse for 1 minute.
 
That's what I plan to do. Deep Condition with my normal conditioner rinse out then apply the avocado rinse for a few minutes, then rinse.
 
I just had to compliment again on the turnaround time/customer service...

I'm ordering mine now. I'll give a review when they get here. I will wash my hair and all so it's clean and you all can find out if I think they work. I know Wishin4BSL feel desperately in love with the shampoo and butter.
 
I ordered the Nadia for Seyani Hair Butter and the Fortifying Hair Masque. I love, love, love them!!! I am planning on making another visit to her site real soon!!!

I use the shea butter on my hair everytime after I wash it and I use the temple balm about 2 - 3 x/week my hairline hasn't look this good in years!! :yep: The products are lasting me a long time as well. I put all the fake stuff away (Elasta QP Mango Butter and Cantu Shea cream in the cabinet and haven't looked back - any one want to buy it? :grin:)

Oh wow! I just left her site. There's so much I want to buy. I'm putting this on my list of things to buy next month. I just bought some hair products and exercise dvd's a couple of days ago:grin: so I have to chill. SO be tripping:yawn:
 
When I have braids (individuals, cornrows) can I use the Moisture Mist Leave-In Conditioner everyday as a replacement for my mixture of Braid Spray & Infusium 23?
I'm too lazy to make my own spritz, so this would be perfect!

man i just LOVE the way the fortifying hair mask smells. Thats how wonderful it smells, i can't remember what the results were using it, just how it smells. it mustve been great because I used most of the jar within the first month I had it. once i realized i only had a little left, im trying to save it.
