Hi ladys!
I plan to cowash tomorrow and wanted to Know if anyone could suggest a product. I am looking for great slip protein with moisture.
I'm hoping i have this in my closet already.

Any ideas?

I guess that's one of the beauties of cowashing...it can be almost any cheapie conditioner.

You could add eos to it - or not - I don't think it matters as much with the cowash.

As long as you follow up with a DC you should be golden.

I use HEs, Suave and BioInfusion (Walgreens knock off of Biolage) mostly for my cowash - anything will do :yep:

edit: I missed that you said 'with protein'. The BioInfusion has silk proteins and it's really good and only $9 bucks for the gallon/pump size.

Cool Thanks!

Anyone else?

Dont forget TreSemme they are infused with silk proteins and are super cheap @ $4 for 32oz also (HE) Herbal Essences LTR is really nice!!

I forgot about tresemme. I have 2 of these in my closet and a few types of HE. Thanks I'll pick 1 of these. I'm already leaning towards the tresemme.

HE=Herbal Essences.

I am currently co wash every night or every other night. What I do is 30 minutes before I shower I apply the conditioner and oil to my hair and put on a plastic cap and wrap a towel around my head. I let my body heat warm up the conditioner. After I rinse that out I apply Suave Humectant and deep condition for 20 or 30 mins under a dryer or heat cap.

Here are my different co-wash:

  • * Vitale Olive Oil Hair Mayo

  • Suave Tropical Coconut and 1 Tablespoon of EVOO
  • VO5 Passion Fruit Smoothie and 1 Tablespoon EVOO

Altenate deep conditioning with one below:

Aphogee Keratin 2 Min Reconstructor

[*]Cathy Howse UBH Conditioner (by itself)

  • Herbal Essences Long Term Relationship (with the leave-in)
  • Herbal Essences Break's Over
  • Sunsilk Straighten Up
  • V05 Silky Experiences - Champagne Kisses and Lavender Luster (they have silk proteins)
I love all of these.
