Thank you ladies, ya'll are so sweet:yep:

I am going to copy and paste my regime from a previous post.......The only thing that has changed is I am now texlaxed. The longer my hair got the harder the detangling process was so I decided to texlax.

........................................................................
I wash and condition my hair daily. I only comb my hair in the shower under running water. I henna:love:, and I take my vitamins(MSM, Biotin, Flaxseed Oil pill). I also deep condition once a week.

My products that I cant live without are African's Best Tea Tree and Shea Butter Moisturizer, Jamican Black Castor Oil, Salerm 21, ORS Replinishing Pack, Dudley's Moisturizing Conditioner, QP Conditioner (I mix all three conditioners for deep conditioning) and I use Herbal Essences Hello Hydration conditioner for my daily washes.

at what point did you start to wash daily? When you had a twa or when it got a little longer?

your my hair idol now lol! im trying to do the same thing you did...im almost full shoulder length...i wair half wigs/weaves though and i would like to increase daily wash/ condition without my hair getting to frizzy and then applying heat as needed ....im afraid to texlax after being natural for so long...i dont want my hair to react badly and fall off

Thank you andre2000,

I still do my wash and gos. So I do not apply heat. The hair style from the pictures is a roller set with jumbo rollers and I sat under the hair dryer for a hour.

My hair is doing well with the texlax but you should do what you feel comfortable with.

From the day I cut my hair till this day...I did the roller set from these pictures on Saturday so my hair hasn't been washed since then and I cant stand it:nono: I will be washing and dc my hair tonight and going back to my wash and gos until the next special occassion.

The first picture in my siggy was taken one month after I BC. I wore a wig at first until I was comfortable with my TWA. The pictures from the orginal post today were taken yesterday. So August 26, 2006 BC till March 10, 2008 is a little bit over 18 months.

Thank you for the compliment
