I was looking for an intro section. If i'm posting this in the wrong area; I apologize.

I have always had a good grade of hair, at a nice length. Since moving to NY from Cali, my hair has suffered tremedously. Thinning, split end, dry and flaky. I need some help. I have looked around and feel great about my decision in joining LHC. I hope to get my hair back the way it was very soon! :yep:

:welcome2:Good to have you as part of the family. I'll bet the change of weather really mpacted your hair. Maybe more protective styles for you in the winter.

Yes I sensed the winter had its way with my hair. The dryness and shedding. I almost cried :(

Right now, I use profective products, shampoo, strengthening conditioner,healthey ends, profective hairstrength oil, and profectiv moisturizer. I wash 1-2 times a week and use the healthy ends before bed every night and before styling every morning.

I try to keep it moisturized :)

Welcome to the board.
Well it sounds like you are on the right track. I agree with the other poster who suggested protective styling.
