, so I've been doing aerobics instead. I cowashed today, but saturday I'm taking my braids out cuz they are lookin like a hot mess
.I'll let my hair rest for 2 or 3wks and back up it goes. I went out today and bought The Eat-Clean Diet Cookbook, by Tosca Reno, she is featured in Oxygen Mag. She talks about how eating clean is the way to go for weight loss and healthy living. The book has some really good recipes in it (my opinion) and it only cost 19.99 so I dont feel like I wasted any money. I'm going to follow this after I finish up my cleanse on Mar. 10th.
