Hey girls. I am switching up my regimen and was wondering if any of you would like to suggest a paraben free & moisturizing shampoo that you have had success with.
I plan on washing once a week but want something that is gentle on my 4b nachal hair!!! Thanks

Try Aubrey Organics Honeysuckle Rose Shampoo. In fact, look for most organic shampoos and conditioners. They are generally paraben and cone free and are mostly gentle.

no suggestions but thanks for the thread. I am thinking of revisting Elucence mbs that many rave about on the forum.

I have heard so many good things about this line. I am just fed up with having to order products online. I just want to be able to run up to the store and get it. I just ran to Wholefoods to try the Aubrey Organics Honey Suckle n Rose shampoo. I will let you all know how it turns out.

Dr. Bonner's Peppermint Hemp Castile Soap is very good for my hair--very moisturizing  and much better than Aubrey Organics Honeysuckle Rose Shampoo.

Aubrey Organics Honeysuckle Rose Shampoo: worked fine for the first three washes, but didn’t work afterwards. I had to use it for the first wash only—not enough oil in it according to my stylist. :nono:

I even added oil, and it just didn’t work. :nono: (They claim they don’t contain parabens, but it was tested and the results came back positive.) :nono: I used all of it; but unfortunately, this wasn't a "keeper."

Try Jane Carter Solution (Paraben free)not sure if Whole foods carries it but Wild Oats does!!! So far I like it even though it does have an SLS it is the less stripping of the two famous SLS's (Sista Slick's articles).
I tried Burt's Bees (paraben free) but I did not like the feel of it though I may give it another try...hope this helps:look:
