UPA clip still in business?

I finally got my UPA clip and had a few questions. I tried to contact the owner several times through her website and PM'd her on this site but didn't get an answer back. I left I message on her business phone but haven't heard back from her there either. Does anyone know if she is still is business?

Wow, maybe she is on vacation??? Seems pretty strange since i got the impression her business is/was booming. I hope she is ok...

She emailed me yesterday because of an issue- I'd been trying to get in contact with her also. She said she was on a business trip, but she's back now.
