Okay, I know all relaxing systems have a time frame listed on them.
My question is.......What result is the time frame predicting?
I have heard from many stylist that even in school, you are not taught to relax bone straight so what result are the manufacturers setting when they set the time frame for the relaxer?
I mean, if you get relaxed with normal strength relaxer and you stay within the time frame....and you get straight hair as a result, does that mean the relaxer was too strong or is that what the manufacturer predicted?
