what does \"NO BASE RELAXER\" mean

hey everybody,

i've been having this question for a while now. what does it mean? when i first read it i thought it maybe means that you don't have to base your scalp but i am not sure about it. if anybody has some information please let me know.

Apparently, 'no base' indicates that a relaxer is sodium hydroxide based. But you still have to base your scalp and hair line when using it, though. Have a look at this information (it's from the same site as your links):
