My "Cheat Set" w/pics......

Ok, I'm finally getting around to posting this thing. I've been doing this set for like 10 years. If you're pressed for time it's ideal but results may vary, lol. This one came out good for me (no direct heat used) but sometimes I have to tweak the final result, lol. Anyway, I do this when I want the look of a roller set but i'm pressed for time because this way is very fast and takes little effort to do. I think I will start doing this all the time because I'm lazy.

The set looks like this......

Results (It's a little bushy but it'll calm down in a few days. I like it big anyway)..............

Sometimes the part where the ponytail is, is still damp when everything else is dry so I just take it down and put my hair in a ponytail and tie a scarf on and let it air-dry.

Question, is your hair secured at the top with a band or scruncie of some sort..i.e...is your hair in a ponytail and then rolled in sections?

sunnydaze......I just put it in a ponytail using a regular hair band then rolled it in sections. I usually use about 8 rollers.

Great thanks! I have been doing cheat sets sectioning my hair into 4-5 ponytails w/ 3 rollers each..but there are alot of "dents" that end up needing to be smoothed out..I'm gonna try your method. Again..gorgeous hair!!
