I'm taking my first med school test on Tue, and as a reward/ motivator to myself, I want to totally splurge on my hair (Especially since it's been looking all dry and crappy since I've been to OH  ).

What do you guys suggest I try?? I really want to feel like I'm pampering myself... it's been tough, and I think I'll need things like this to keep me motivated to do well.

Maybe one of those Frederic Fekkai deep conditioners?? That would be a huge splurge for me (I haven't tried it yet)...Or something Aveda.

My splurge is a long lasting one: Global Goddess Coconut Amla Revitalizing Oil. I use it as a shine product on dry hair. By the time I wash (every 5-7 days) my hair is pretty well coated with it. I LOVE this stuff. To bad it's $45 dollars.

I splurge on Kerastase and Japanese conditioners. Right now my favorites are Kerastase Nutridefense Mask and Yuko Phiten Repair Treatment.

My splurge is kinda wack: but I pour Amla Oil all over my head: put a plastic cap on it and a towel: leave it in over night or give my self a pedi: shave:grin:: my time to feel pretty

Aveda DR line, I know its not meant to be moisturising but it really keeps my hair buttery soft (even without leave ins!)

I'll also say Aveda DR treatment. Another product I splurge on is Phytokarite Ultra Nourishing Mask. It doesn't give me any slip, but I get tons of shine and softness. I actually like the whole Phyto ultra dry hair collection.

I have nothing to add, but... er, are you enjoying Toledo?

I second the ojon restorative treatment. I had to do a little splurging myself this past weekend on this stuff. :yep:
